Bi-Annual Company Retreats
While in Australia, you'll still be expected to come back to California to join our team in person at our bi-annual retreats.  You can think of this time as time to get more hands on training to further your career development.
Open feedback channels
We encourage you to share your great ideas and pitches from Australia. Be heard. Utilize your manager, team, and HR. You will still participate in quarterly and comprehensive reviews. If your contract overlaps with comprehensive reviews, you'll still receive one during your team's normal cycle.

Reporting
Stay up-to-date on all things Ontraport by providing active reporting to your manager and by staying up to date on our Daily Stats. 
Stats
Remember that during your time in Australia, you are still responsible for maintaining department stats. That means ensuring each and every client has their questions answered and feel supported. 
Teaching Ontraport
Your face time with clients will increase during your assignment. Make sure you are comfortable speaking in front of small and large groups before considering this opportunity.

Manager 1-on-1s
Weekly manager 1-on-1s are still a requirement of your role while on assignment. They may be even more important during your time in Australia to ensure you you and your manager stay on the same page.

Ontraport Ambassador

Position details

Ontraport’s Ambassador will primarily focus on coordinating the client experience while representing the company abroad in a manner consistent with our values. The Ambassador will strive to maintain Ontraport’s standards of excellence with speed, efficiency and integrity. Your main objective is to educate our current and potential clients to provide solutions to their business needs, allowing them to further develop their marketing efforts and business strategy. The Ambassador will work with the full Support, Sales, Client Success and VIP Services teams to improve systems and facilitate the client life cycle from initial lead enrollment through successful onboarding.
Duties

Host/attend events in and outside of Sydney (both Ontraport-hosted and partner-hosted meetups)

Cultivate new business relationships and educate about product

Conduct sales demonstrations, strategy sessions, etc.

Conduct Client Success calls and assist in the client onboarding process

Assist the Partners Team with developing and grading consultant certification tests

Assist the Sales Development team in special promotions

Take part on OP Implementation days

Develop full-scale departmental project plans and associated communications documents

Perform Client Success business maintenance daily tasks: Client Success Call scheduling, Client software support, Completed Success Calls follow up

Provide full Support assistance to improve systems and complete assignments including but not limited to: support tickets, client correspondence, troubleshooting miscellaneous issues, etc.

Coordinate new prospect follow-up for generation of sales

Initial contact with new leads to qualify them for a demo with our Sales Development Advisors.

Ensure all appropriate sales processes are followed to maintain consistency in our workflow and communication

Develop deep understanding of each client’s business in order to assist them in implementing their business marketing plan

Promote and sell all OP products/services, including Ontrapalooza, Bootcamp, Partner and Certification Programs

Develop, maintain and extend client relationships
